Additional Information About Appointments

  • Office visits are by appointment only. However, we strive to accommodate our patients in their time of need so most acute problems can be evaluated same day.
  • We adhere to our appointment schedule as closely as possible.
  • When making an appointment, please give our secretary the reason or reasons for your visit so we can schedule the proper amount of time for you. Since some medical evaluations take more time than others, this will help us to serve you better.
  • If you cannot keep an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours) to enable us to accommodate other patients. A charge of $30 will be assigned for each missed appointment after the first forgiven missed visit.

What You Should Do for Emergencies

If you or a family member are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please contact 911 immediately. If you or a family member are experiencing a non-life-threatening medical emergency, please call our office for an appointment or medical assistance. A medical provider is available on call after-hours via telephone for assistance with non-life-threatening medical emergencies. For all other questions or inquiries, please leave a voicemail and a member of our staff will get back to you on the following business day.
